When lost alot of weight and tons of exercise is it normal for your period cycle to

go off track? I'm 17.. and over the past year i went from 130 to 105.. i exercise ALOT (running mainly somtimes elliptical) some weight training and plyometrics twice a week. and stick to a really healthy diet since im an athlete.. but my period cycle went nuts. I haven't had it for awhile now...or i was having it for short amounts of time.. i heard alot of people go though this but should i be worried?
