be pretty, cute, good-looking? But for Men, they have to walk, talk, stand, sit, dress, breathe a certain way, basically it all comes down to the Man's social skills, conversation skills, attitude, confidence, overall, mentality. That's how it seems in our society, that the Women's looks, appearence, are what attracts the Men. But the Man's social skills, conversation skills, confidence, attitude, mentality, is what attracts the Women. I guess thats the moral of Jeanne-Marie Le Prince de Beaumont's novel, or story, "Beauty and The Beast". I guess that story shows that Women are very much less likely to reject a Man if he is fat, ugly, overall, not good looking etc., Compared to Men who will more likely reject a Woman because she is fat, ugly, unattractive, etc.
I guess that is why in "Beauty and The Beast", the Beast is a Male, and Beauty is a Female. If it was vice-versa, the other way around, like Beast was the Female, and Beauty was the Male, I don't think it would have worked out. I find it unfair because for example, if a Male is very good looking, or just average, but he does not have the right social skills, he will not get a woman. If a woman is very good looking, the men will not care if she has a boring personality, is insecure, unconfident, they will already like her right away once they see she is very pretty.
It's unfair for Men also because, improving your confidence, social skills, conversation skills, attitude, mentality, etc., is a lot harder than improving your looks, appearence.
