when is the pre registration exam for pharmicists in 2011?

Ok so you complete your degree in pharmacy. Then in August that year, you start a pre reg year somewhere, do you have to start it in August or can you start it a few months after?

Next, you take the pre reg exam...its in July? What if you cant take it then? Do you have to wait till next year July? Or does their be any other oppurtunity to take it?
