And I take mine at night, so I can sleep better :D

cvoor, why do you think taking it in the morning helps you sleep better at night? Just wondering, because my doc told me just the opposite. Isn't it funny how they all differ with their orders?

If I take it at night, it keeps me up. Everyone is different, some people it makes them tired, so it's best to take at night, some people it gives them energy, more awake, so they take in the morning. You can try both ways, to see which works better for you.

I wish it would give me more energy, just the oposite for me, the reason I take it at night. I feel lazy all day, unless I make myself get up and move, I try & take a 2 mile walk every day, if I can.

I take mine at night, but lately i've noticed that i'm getting a bit of insomnia after I take it, like it makes me feel wide awake. I lay there for a good 1-2 hours trying so hard to fall asleep but can't. I just toss and turn. I think I may try to switch to mornings and see if that helps.
