when is the best time to repeat my preg test?

My LMP-MAy 10,im delayed for 3 days now,took 2 preg test kit.first kit i use morning urine sample gives faint line,after a day, 2nd sample its negative. im feeling some symptoms of pregnancy.im thinking it started last MAy because i had my menstrual period strangely, usually 3 heavy days then 2 days light but last May it was 2 days very light and 3 days very heavy..april 6 is my LMP before MAy..pls advice when is the best time to repeat my preg test
