Me and my friend want to start jogging after school which will be around 4sh, 1 round the park...i was just thinking whats the best time to do it? we chose to do it after school because we didnt want to wake up even more early on a school day, even on weekends because we are teens and like to stay in bed for a while! Lol. so is around 4ish ok? i have my lunch at school around half 12 so about 4 hours later doing jogging is ok? and the come back home and eat after about half an hour?
oh and im not doing it to lose weight, just to be a bit more health since i hardly do any exercise these days!
oh yeah one other thing...do you have to sweat to lose weight? if not how else do you get rid of calories and the rest of it?
