...have completed some education? and does an internantional student usually have to take A levels or B levels or do "college" first in the UK before being able to go to university there? if the student has a college degree such as an A.A. degree, and a B.A. in progress? When is the best time (i.,e. from the time you finish highschool to the time you are working towards a level of degree to start university in the UK ?
