I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I settled with the insurance company which allows me to pay cash for a brand new vehicle. I have spent a lot of time researching vehicles and I have narrowed my decision down to two. When purchasing a new vehicle is there a better time to buy a car to get the best deal? I am sure anytime is good given the state of our economy although a few years ago I was told it was right before April 15, is that true? If not when?
