Yes, unfortunately you are right, and that's what should have happened to ALL of these companies including the banks.
Just another example of Bush fiddling with markets he has little understanding of - and now unfortunately Obama too.
The American system works - let them fail, refinance and restructure. As it is we are just pissing all our money down a hole we will NEVER fill.
