When is it safe to announce?

We're expecting triplets and I wanna know when would be a good and safe time to announce our news? I'm excited and my hubby is as well, but I'm not sure if its safe or not yet. I'm only 8wks along. I do need to tell my employer though since I'm suffering with morning sickness so!

Any advice will be helpful.
