Im going through a situation in my 1st period class every day, where this kid who sits next to me started off just calling me names but in the joking way, but now its gotten to the point where hes saying things and i can tell hes not joking around anymore, he says things like "dude your such a fag" or "when are you going to grow a pair of balls" " ur such a little b***** youl never do anything to me" and stuff like that, and he says really loud so most of the class can hear, and makes me look gay in front of everyone (and im not) its so freaking humiliating... what would happen to me if i told him im going to beat the crap out of him if he says anything else again? this has happened to me before 3 years ago and it escalated to violence, and ended up in me pounding the kid in the face for hitting me. would i get charged with anything if i just straight up hit him if he said something after i warned him? thanks
