...higher octane gas? Usually a car is made out of a factory and requires some grade of gas. Most of the time it is regular 89 octane gas. On some of the faster cars/high performance cars they require medium or super.
Now people upgrade their cars and such. When is a car ready to go from regular gas to premium gas. Does it have to do with upgrading the engine or the fuel pump?
What about bolt ons? I have added headers and a big K&N to my V6 Camaro. I took out the cat and muffler, so it has dual straight pipes going out? Can I switch to a higher grade of gas to help performance? Is it time?.....
