When is it appropriate to discuss finances in a new relationship?

When should you feel it necessary to disclose information such as your credit history and debt? If a person has bad credit and moderate debt, should it be discussed right away?
 
No, you guys aren't planning on buy anything together yet, so it's none of his business. If you two decide to buy something, then you should let him know. And hopefully by then you'll be less in debt and have better credit. It's really none of his business if it's a new relationship.
