When is Dungeon Defenders coming out for Xbox Live Arcade?

This game looks pretty fun. It's like Monday Night Combat on a larger scale and is mid evil so I really wanna try it! The game is already out on ipod and phones but not xbox. All i can find for release date is "January 2011". Seems they should already have a date figured out since it is January and what not.
