When is Christmas/Winter Break for MMI? (Motorcycle Mechanics Institute)?

My boyfriend is terribly shy and refuses to ask when his christmas/winter break starts and ends. He's in Arizona right now and is supposed to be coming to spend christmas with me. However there is little I can do from where I'm at right now, I've looked all over the internet and I can't even seem to find a school calendar. What I'm looking for is the exact date that the break starts and when it ends.

I think it starts on the 19th and ends either on the first of January or around the 3rd. If its like a normal winter break anyways...
I know it begins in december I'm trying to find out when in december :)
