say if i have earned bad credit history since last one year and my current status has gone to very bad credit since wasn't able to pay off the bills, loans EMI's, monthly payments etc. How long does it take to clear off everything if i ain't paying nothing? Is it true that it takes 6 years to get written off from all the debts and late payment charges etc? What if i live in some other country and comeback after 6 years once everything is written off or just stay wherever and face the 6 years? Appreciate sincere answers. Cheers!!!
