I am 22 weeks along now and I am set on what I want as far as a birth plan is concerned. I didn't have a choice when choosing a doctor (I am with the only OB in my insurance network with openings). She's kind, effecient, and seems to be smart. She's very fast, but listens when I have questions.
I want to discuss my birth plan with her, but am wondering when in my pregnancy is the time to bring it up. I am looking for an all-natural experience without an IV, intermittent fetal monitoring, and no drugs/anesthesia. Any advise as to when I should bring this up?
