When is a good time to go to boot camp?

Well my recruiter said said that boot camp is by the great lakes. So if i go in december it will be cold cold. im from texas and im not use to cold weather like that. so when do you guys think is better to go. is it the same workouts when is winter time like in the summer

I'm from texas too and i've been up to the great lakes a couple of times over the summer back when I was in highschool. It was still pretty chilly even over the summer. With the amount of working out youll be doing you should be fine cause your mind really shouldnt be on the cold. But i would have to say, go toward the begining of summer time, being that basic is 13 weeks...at least it was with me, but I am army
