I need a new car because I know mine has a lot of problems and may not pass state inspections coming in June for me. I wanted to get a Honda Fit, and I just wanted to know if their is a time of the month, or go on a rainy day or something else to help make the price of the car go down. I have about $11000 in cash saved up. What can I do to make the price go down further?
