testosterone weed questi? I have heard two differing opinions here. Some say that the longer you hold your breath the more you will feel the effects. Others say that after about 3 seconds you have extracted most of the THC anyway and you can exhale.
Follow up question: When I take in a lot of smoke and hold it in my lungs for a long time, very little smoke comes out when I exhale. Am I imagining it or are my lungs absorbing the visible part of the smoke? I don't know much about the chemical composition of cannabis smoke. Is the THC the visible part of the smoke or is it the THC an invisible gas?
