when i was in chicago i went to this restaurant that was like a salad bar kinda thing?

or more like subway but with salads and you would tell them what to put in the bowl and they would do it and then stir it all together with the dressing and it was great. I cant remember what it was called though. They also had baked potatoes.
It was like a chain fast foodish kinda place but the focus was salads.
Please help!!!!
