with a semi permanent color..? and it did not come out.
I actually waited like a year, and it still has not come out.
I got very few blond highlights, but it did not work.
And now my roots are coming out dark(but not the color of the dyed part)
what is my hair doing?
the color is horrible, and i looked very nice blond, so should i bleach it very blond.
or can i use a color remover like color oops to get the color hair out?
and my hair is 30 inches long, what can i do to my hair?
cutting it is not an option.
