when I use shove it to enter a yahoo game lounge the screen goes blank?

How do I get into a game room when the screen is blank and there are no choices only a blank screen. I used to get a choice of lounges but now I only get a blank screen. is there anyone out there that knows what is happening when I select euchre advanced lounge the screen goes blank and does not offer a choice of rooms
