When i try to sign into PSN i get - "You cannot use the playstation network...

...with this account"? Yeh, its odd though, i havn't done anything wrong on the internet or tried to hack or something, so my account cant have been suspended. But -- this only happened when i made a new user and a new PSN account to get onto the Japanese PSN for all their games and things.
So yeah when i finished getting some games from there, i log back into my usual user and when i try to sign in to PSN it just gives --
"You cannot use the PlayStation Network with this account."
