...upnp, and i've restarted router? When i restart my router and modem, it works for the first connection test, but then i restart the tests to double check and it says it is still moderate. i have a Linksys WRT160N router. I have enabled upnp yet it still doesn't work.
 
most likly the internet server is down for a bit it will come back on if it dose not within an hour id call your internet provider
 
yeah what blake said mine will do that occasionally too, but if i does stay down you should definitely call them and get someone to look at it get more help
