When I start my computer I get a Rundll error Pop up. How do I know it's bad

& how do I get rid of it? the error reads :
c:\windows\system32\ul1vikqaob.dll
It says there was a problem starting c:\windows\system32\ul1vikqaob.dll and The Specific Model Could Not Be Found.

This message pops up EVERY time I start the computer, so obviously it's important? I just want to get rid of it. PLEASE HELP!
