If the hard drive you're attempting to save it on is using the FAT32 file system, and the file is larger than (4GB - 3 bytes), the file will exceed the file system's max size limit (file system limitation). Try adding drive F: as a temporary storage drive for CS4, and try again. Do you have sufficient space to save it on drive F?

When I make a project in Flash cs4 pro. and then save it to a partition on my hard drive it wont work any more, if I save it to my C:\ drive everything is Ok, but I want to save it to my F:\ drive witch is a logical drive formated in NTFS, if it matters Flash cs4 pro. is installed on drive C:\
Drive F: is not formated in FAT32 it is formated in NTFS
and yes I have enough free space 10GB
