When I put my 2005 Honda Odyssey in drive and then drive for 50 ft I get a small grind.?

This grinding happens only after I move from park to drive and then drive approx. 50 feet. It does not happen when I stop at a stop light and then go. Firestone did their complete auto check and found nothing. Could this be the transmission? Or do I need to look for a more simple answer?
