When I playback AVI video I get random red and blue pixels flashing. How

can I playback with out these? I know I have the most current drivers. It only flashes in the actual video, not anywhere else in the window or other windows or applications. I'm using VLC media player now, but the red and blue flashing pixels showed up in Windows media player as well. Please help me!
