when i play cod4 on pc and click join game the game crashes?

why is this
i went on holiday for a week and came bk and it stoped working and before it was working fine
i click join game and then cod4 closes and a message come up saying iwmp has stopped working a problem has cuaed this program to stop working
i have vista

any solutions??
