When i go to my windows media player 11 library it stops responding...why?

when i play a song in now playing da player plays it..but when i go to windows media player LIBRARY the windows media player stops responding..i hav tried reinstalling it once alredy..but the problem occurs again..how can i fix da problem???and i dnt want 2 use ne other players..
