I just bought some Manic Panic (Purple Haze and Atomic Turquoise) and I'm planning on going to a salon, so that they can bleach my hair first so the color is more vibrant since I have dark brown hair.
I was wondering, when I go there, can they bleach my whole hair to a lighter brown, but leave some parts a lighter blonde?
Also, if I give them the Manic Panic, can they do the coloring process for me? (It's safe to color after bleaching since MP doesn't have all the chemicals regular dye does and it's vegan)
