When I get sponsored by other companies besides Plan b in Skate 2 for 360?

How and when do I get the option to be sponsored by Alien Workshop in Skate 2?
Right now there is only a option to go out for Plan B, but I don't want Plan B because most people chose Plan B as their team & board sponsor and I like Alien Workshop.
