police report? The legal limit in Illinois for alcohol consumption and operation of a motor vehicle is .08, and my BAL was .05. Except for minors like myself it is .00. I was pulled over for running a red light at 3 am, and was breathalized, only i did not receive a drinking ticket just a traffic and curfew ticket. Will the judge know if i were drinking or not?

If you are going to juvenile court then yes, there is a police report infront of them, infact it will be there way of calling you to the stand and knowing all they will need to know about you, if you go to regular traffic court you wont see a judge so the BAC wont matter

Yes, the judge will be able to see the police report as that is what the officer will be submitting as evidence that you went through the red light.
