When I exercise, even stretching for too long, I start getting this sick feeling in my stomach like I'm going to puke. I never actually have because I always stop, but is this normal? I'm not evening exercising that hard. It could just be when I'm stretching, but if I push it for too long (I'm not very flexible) then I get a bad feeling in my stomach. I can run for a long time, but eventually the gross feeling catches up to me. If this weird and is there any way to make it go away? I'm starting karate soon and I know I won't be able to stop working out in the middle of class when I start to feel sick so can I make this stop before I start my classes?
