when i enter my flash memory to the usb the computer does not recognize it ?? ?

well it does not show the (removable disk) in the my computer folder ?? how can i open it??
it shows the safely remove icon on the taskbar!!
but in the device manager there is a (?) beside the usb device what is going on?? and how can i fix this?? .....
