when i drive my 5speed honda accord clutch let out high and wen accellerating...

...motor revs car goes nowhere? When im driving the clutch let's out higher and higher the more I use it And once its to the top the clutch pedal is n/a and if I try to accelerate the motor revs out but the car goes nowhere. The hotter the weather the quicker this happens when its cooler out it does it but takes a little more time...the transmission goes into gear perfectly I'm so confused someone plz help me
