When i do this, will i be fit and toned?

Ookay, so i am a bit overweight and i have been that way for like 5 years. Im not severely fat but enough to make me uncomfortable to be in public. Yes i have the man boobs, love handles and the gut. But i have always been active. I have played soccer for 11 years and i played for my high school for 2 years(9th and 10th). Last year i also took up swimming at the high school to get in shape (10th).
So this fall i got cut from soccer after 2 years of playing for them and i then deided to swim for a local team to get ready for swim season and to get in shape. I reallly want to lose my man boobs, gut, and stuff. Im tired of being fat.

I am wondering that if i do this workout and eat healthy:
Mon: swim 2 hours, do 30 min dry land
Tues: 90 min swim
Wend: swim 2 hours, 30 min dry
Thurs: swim 90 min
Fri: Swim 2 hours, 30 dry
Sat: swim 2 hours

Will i lose my boobs, love handles, etc? and will i be fit and toned for swim season?
Any input will be apreciated, thank you.

And if you have any diets for a swimmer that may be helpful, please share :)
