When I create new game I cannot "pop"into it. It stays minimized across screen. ?

I must have changed a setting when we upgraded computers. I used to automatically "pop" into a game room but now the room just shows up at the bottom of the screen and I have to click (again) into it. Similarly, if I go to click into someone else's room, it shows up on bottom of screen and I ahve to click into it. What setting do I need to "re-change"? Thanks. Kathleen
