when i connect my nokia N73m HANDSET TO MY PC(VISTA) IT ALWAYS SHOWS SHOWS THE USB

DEVICE IS NOT RECOGNISED.? PLS I NEED THE SOLUTION FOR THIS....I HAVE BOUGHT THE PHONE..BUT I CANT ABLE TO UPLOAD OR TRANSFER ANY FILES FROM PC
 
You may need to download software from the Nokia website. A lot of things aren't recognized by Vista, because, as far as I know, it has a new motherboard, and different, various chips. So try the Nokia website, and if you need anymore help, please feel free to contact me.
