When I click on videos sometimes the gray box for "You must install Flash...

...Player 5.0 or greater" comes up.? I click on "install now" and it is loaded to "My Documents" folder. I open it and execute it. It's done. But I'm still getting the Gray Box to "You must install Flash Player" again and again. Why won't my install take the first time? Or what is blocking Flash Player?
