when i click on 'insert' from outlook, it lets shows me SOME of the folders and

photos in picasa but NOTall? i've recently installed picasa 3. when i want to add a picture to an emial, i click 'insert'--it shows MOST of the pictures in the 'my pictures' folder, but not all. so the photos i want i cannot access (from outlook)'
when i go back-NOT from outlook, but from the 'start' button, alll the pictures are there. including th ones i cannot see from 'insert'
what gives???
