When I click an ebay listing it changes to a cgi url and the page cannot be

displayed, how do I fix this? I can access everything else online as far as I know except the actual listings on ebay. I can do a search and sign in, etc but cannot view any items. I have no idea why so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
