I bought a used car about a month ago, and found out today while looking through the carfax, that it was a lemon, when I bought it I was never told any of this, and signed no papers saying this. What should I do? Also when I bought the car the wheel bearing was loose, they said they would fix it, but never did, I had to get it fixed myself, and they never gave me the proper tags to drive the car, but left the demo tags on it, which got me a ticket. I bought from champion Toyota, not some back room dealer...
