When I am video chatting, is it possible for me to have Winamp as audio source?

What software should I? I would like to stream along with my webcam video, audio but from an alternate source (such as Winamp, or Itunes). Is it possible, and if it is what software should I use. I've been searching for awhile and all I could find was webcam recording software.
