How do they weed them out without violating the Age Discrimination law? Many jobs out there are seeking younger people, and many of the applicants are wayyy too old for the job.
I know you can't advertise job openings and put anything related to age, but how do you weed the old people out in a way that doesn't break any state or federal laws?
