When first starting my 1993 Buick Skylark, it hesitates on accelleration?

Can this mean that the electronic fuel injectors need cleaned? Or could it be something else? It's also started to run rough lately.
I recently had the plugs, oil and filters changed and also a compression test ran on it, all were normal.
