In other words, which element do I start off with and branch with the others? Also, once I do this, how do I find the bond polarity and the molecular polarity? Thanks. Also, while we're on the subject of polarity, how does water look like an ion with positive and negative sides? I understand the hydrogen atoms are pulled to the oxygen because the oxygen has a greater electronegativity, but where does this positive/negative split occur? Thanks again.
