When does Toyota start their year end clearance event?

I'm planning to buy a 2011 Toyota Prius and was hoping I could land a good deal towards the end of the year. I have looked and searched for it but couldn't find on the web. And does anyone know if they also clearance Priuses, cause' I know they are hot selling cars. I live in Northern California.
