When does one's desires and ones needs conflict in such an extreme way that the conflict clouds ones mind?

When ones has an unfulfilled desire (such as to love and be loved in return) and ones needs ( such as the need for survival) begin to conflict that lines are drawn and thus it begins to cloud ones mind? What measures would be needed to be taken? What lines would than be drawn and how high would be set? But the biggest question that remains is this: how far would one go to satisfy both need and desire? What is one ready to surrender to get what they want both immediately and in the long run? What would you be ready to be giving up to meet the circumstances that lead to fulfilling your desires and would you be able to face the consequences of your actions? Could you face both seen and unforseen conflicts and consequences?

You need to desire to be happy and content.
You can chose how you feel, you can change what makes you happy. If two aspects of your life are conflicting one will eventually fall to the wayside.

One day, you might decide to do what makes you happy and be happy with the choice you made.

Your life is going to change a lot, being ok with that and enjoying the experiences will bring you peace.
